Welcome to the Riverbend Cabins:

A neighborhood of 16 duplex log cabins set in a tree-covered 5 acres.

We offer long term rentals with a one-year lease standard. Each unit comes unfurnished and is approximately 650 sq.ft.: living room/kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, plus a large loft. Each unit comes with 2 uncovered parking spots. Some limited on-site storage for extra vehicles is also available.

The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Many of our residents have lived on the property for several years. We are dog friendly (one per unit) and have two large, open grass fields for recreation.

Riverbend Cabins are located adjacent to the Yampa River (with fishing access) and next door to the SGC golf course. The property is an 8 minute drive to downtown Steamboat and a 15 minute drive to the mountain base.
